SEVEN WAYS TO WELCOME SPRING


The slow, quiet struggle of winter is (almost) over and the energy of spring is upon us. 
As blossoms begin to emerge from slumber and lush leaves sprout from naked branches, 
get outside and let the cool, moist air fill your lungs drawing in slow, deep breathes.
Hold each breath just for a moment and release them with gratitude. 
This is your time. 
Once more, we seek renewal for ourselves, the earth, and that which lies ahead of us. 
The energy of the season inspires new beginnings and growth toward a healthier way of living 
in your own beautiful body and within nature.
